Our Tribute to Val Kilmer(1959 -2025)

Ashley returns to the podcast to pay tribute to a great actor and a heartthrob, Val Kilmer who recently left this world at the age of 65. Listen as both her and Vern go over their favorite films he was in.

Christmas Quickies: Black Christmas(1974) & The Ref

Hello again gang

Ashley and Vern are back for yet another yuletide episode sure to feel you with holiday cheer.  They are looking back at two Christmas Classics, Black Christmas, and The Ref.

The Vern & Ashley & Barbie & Josie & The Pussycats

On this fun filled episode,  Ashley and Vern first visit with some amazing people, Jeanette Ward, Matthew Simpson, and Richard Kirkham on The LAMBcast to talk about the number one movie in the world, Barbie.

You can listen to full episode by visiting the link below

After the break, The Vern is back with guest Daniel Lackey of Muscially Ignorant(https://rabbitholepodcasts.com/musically-ignorant/) to talk about the best movie ever made

(There is a book that proves it.  Click  HERE for more details)

Of course Im talking about Josie and the Pussycats.

Of course we could have done the second half on Openheimer or even Barbieheimer but every other podcast is going to be talking about that so we think it would be way cooler to talk about Barbie and Josie instead.

Universal Monsters (Live at Convergence 2023)

** Note**  This episode was recorded at Convergence using The Vern's Phone

Ashley moderated this panel on Universal Monsters with some help from Vern at Convergence 2023 and it was a spine tingling, hair raising and a frightfully good time.  O.K. maybe not that extreme but it was still fun.

Favorite Concert Movies with Kristen Leigh of M.A.Y.

We have music by the wonderful and  talented band M.A.Y.  Than Kristyn Leigh makes her way over to discuss some of our favorite Concert Films and discuss ones we wish they would make of musicians that haven't been made yet.

You can find out more about M.A.Y. by visiting the site below

Live with Jill Gevargizian (Director of The Stylist)

Our guest this week was filmmaker Jill Gevargizian and it was so cool to talk with the director of many great horror shorts as well as her award winning feature, The Stylist.  Ashley and The Vern had so much fun recording this episode and we hope you enjoy this show too.

Updates and quick reactions to Jackass franchise and The Northman

We had planned to do a live show with a guest, but due to Ashley being sick. We were not able to shoot at the studio. We tried to do live stream from our separate homes but that plan went horribly bad since we did not have the right technical issues resolved. So now you get just us for thirty minutes. Ashley and The Vern give you a quick rundown of what's happening and than they talk about some movies and shows they have been watching.
