Two men seeks vengeance against their former teacher who have made them disabled in this very unique kung fu flick from 1979.  Starring real life martial artists Frankie Shum who was born with thalidomide syndrome(no arms) and Jackie Conn(no legs).  This film was made at a time when disabled people were seen as merely just victims and in some cases are still seen that way today. The level of physical skills these men perform is astounding and puts an able body person like me to shame.

In an opening txt and narration; we learn that Swiss banks are fully protected.  The only people who have access are the account holders.  No one not even the police can seize records.  This is why many criminals decides to hold all their dirty money there.  In The Swiss Conspiracy, someone is blackmailing a bank a large sum of money to expose 5 individuals whom they will kill if their demands are not met.  Not wanting to create a scandal, the bank hires David Christopher(David Jensen) to seek out who is behind this charade.

Blu-Ray Review of The Terror and The Little Shop of Horrors

 

Recently received in the mail from Film Masters  A Blue-Ray copy of The Terror staring Boris Karloff, and Jack Nicholson & the original The Little Shop of Horrors starring Jonathan Hunt and Jackie Joseph (and featuring Jack Nicholson).  We are a big supporters of physical media here at Cinema Recall and I wanted to give you my thoughts on this new release.
